How we work
Singapore regulatory submissions through CORENET X and IFC-SG. Documentation to Eurocodes, NCC and AS standards. ISO 19650 or your own BIM manual where the contract calls for it.
Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks, licensed in-house, with open IFC throughout. We work to your standards where you have them and bring our own where you do not.
Every model and drawing is produced by salaried CN Europlan engineers and architects in our own offices. We do not pass work to other subcontractors.
A named architect or engineer plans your work, staffs it and runs it through to handover. The same team stays with you rather than moving between jobs.
Clash detection runs throughout production, not only at handover. Models and drawings are then reviewed internally before anything is delivered.
We can join the contract as a named party, or work entirely under your name. We do not publish client names or images without written permission, and we do not approach your clients.

We review the drawings, the programme and the requirements, then agree deliverables, level of detail and dates.
We prepare the workflow before production starts: file structure, naming, review points and output formats. Your standard where one exists, ours where it does not.
We model and draft, coordinate between disciplines, and review progress with you at agreed stages.
