BIM and drafting, run by engineers
CN Europlan has operated in Singapore since 2021. We are a BIM and drafting partner for architecture, engineering and construction firms, working to Singapore, European and Australian codes. Seventy-five engineers and architects across our offices, covering civil, structural, architectural and MEP scopes. Every drawing and model we issue has been checked by an architect or engineer before it reaches you.
How we are set up
We started in Hamburg in 2018, working mainly on German public-sector projects. Our Singapore company followed in 2021 and is the entity clients in the region contract with.
The work is done by our own salaried staff, in our own offices. We do not pass work on to other subcontractors, and we keep the same people on a client’s projects rather than moving them between jobs. Each account is led by a named architect or engineer who remains the point of contact for its duration.
Confidentiality
We often work under our client’s name, though not always. Where a project is set up that way, we produce on your templates, follow your BIM execution plan and deliver in your file structure.
We do not publish client names or project images without written permission, which is why this site shows few of them. We do not approach our clients’ clients during a project or after it.
Who runs it
Master's in civil engineering, specialising in computational mechanics and bridge design. Eleven years in practice across Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Set up the Singapore company in 2021 and has built it since.
Civil engineer, ten years in practice, also out of numerical mechanics. Runs delivery: how work is planned, staffed and checked before it leaves the office.
