BIM professionals — open applications

CN Europlan is a BIM and drafting partner for architecture, engineering and construction firms. We have practised since 2018, operated in Singapore since 2021, and completed more than 150 projects from five offices in Europe and Asia, with 75 engineers and architects on our own payroll.

We take applications from BIM professionals at any time, whether or not a named vacancy is open. Project work arrives in blocks, and when a project needs a discipline we go first to the people who have already written to us.

• BIM modellers and coordinators in architecture, structural, civil and MEP
• Draughtsmen and detailers, including reinforcement and structural steel
• Scan-to-BIM and point cloud specialists
• BIM managers with delivery responsibility
• Engineers and architects who have moved into digital delivery

• Production experience on built projects rather than on training exercises
• Working knowledge of at least one authoring platform — Revit, Tekla, ArchiCAD or Civil 3D — and of federated coordination in Navisworks or equivalent
• An understanding of what a drawing has to survive once it leaves the office
• Familiarity with at least one code environment: Singapore submission requirements and SS EN, the Eurocodes, or Australian standards
• Working proficiency in English, which is the language we work in across our offices

• Every drawing and model checked by an architect or engineer before it is issued, so you are not the last line of defence

We do not have a vacancy open in every discipline at every moment. We read every application, reply to every applicant, and keep your details so we can come back to you when a project needs what you do.

We hold applications for twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner, we use them only for recruitment, and we do not pass them to anyone else. Write to us at any time to have your details deleted.
