One coordinated model. Zero surprises on site.

We federate your architectural, structural and MEP models, detect every clash, and resolve it before construction begins — so your project runs clash-free, on budget and on program.

What is BIM coordination?

BIM coordination is the process of combining discipline models into one federated environment and systematically checking them against each other for spatial, system and constructability conflicts. Rather than discovering that a duct runs through a beam — or that two services compete for the same ceiling void — during construction, the conflict is identified, assigned and resolved digitally.

The result is a clash-free, construction-ready model that everyone on the project can trust: designers, engineers, the main contractor and the trades on site.

What we deliver

01
Federated model assembly

We compile architectural, structural and MEP models into a coordinated federated model, aligned to a shared coordinate system and project grid.

02
Clash detection

We run hard, soft and workflow (4D) clash tests using a defined clash matrix, filtering out noise so the team focuses only on conflicts that matter.

03
Issue tracking and resolution

Every valid clash becomes a tracked issue with an owner, a status and a resolution. We manage the full lifecycle using BCF-based issue tracking, so nothing slips through.

04
Coordination meetings

We chair regular coordination sessions, walk the team through live issues in 3D, and document agreed resolutions and action items.

05
Coordination reports

Clear, recurring reports showing clash counts by discipline, trends over time, open versus closed issues, and outstanding risks ahead of each milestone.

06
Construction-ready output

A signed-off, clash-free coordinated model and the supporting drawings and views your team needs to build with confidence.

Lower risk, tighter budgets, a smoother site

Fewer RFIs, fewer change orders.

Coordinating in the model rather than on site means less rework and far less abortive material.

Projects run to program.

Trades arrive at a space that has already been resolved — no waiting on redesigns in the field.

An auditable record.

Clients gain a transparent record of every issue and how it was settled — and a coordinated model that carries value through to fabrication, installation and handover.

Built for Singapore projects.

BCA requirements, CORENET submission expectations and the coordination demands of dense, service-heavy buildings — commercial, industrial, healthcare or infrastructure.

How We Work

01
Setup & BEP alignment

We agree the coordination scope, model origins, naming conventions, LOD requirements and the clash matrix, in line with your BIM Execution Plan.

02
Model federation

Discipline models are received on an agreed cadence, validated for quality, and assembled into the federated model.

03
Clash detection & grouping

We run the clash tests, then group and prioritize results so the team reviews real conflicts, not duplicates or tolerable overlaps.

04
Coordination reviews

We host coordination meetings, assign each issue to the responsible party, and capture decisions.

05
Resolution & sign-off

Disciplines update their models; we re-run the tests to confirm fixes. Once clash-free against the agreed matrix, the model is approved for construction.

Send us your models or your project brief, and we'll show you where the conflicts are — and how we'll resolve them.
