Related clashes are consolidated by system, location or common modelling defect so one correction can address the full cluster.
Repeated hits caused by segmented elements, nested geometry or overlapping tests are suppressed with the decision recorded.
Approved openings, intentional contacts, temporary exceptions and out-of-scope results are classified rather than silently deleted.
Issues are ranked by safety, buildability, programme impact, access constraint and the difficulty of correcting them later.
The handover includes issue groups, viewpoints, test references, priorities and notes explaining why each item requires action.
