Close the envelope before fabrication.
We develop façade models around real panel modules, support zones and building tolerances. Every edge must meet structure, architecture and adjacent systems.
The façade is a system of interfaces.
Facade BIM modelling develops curtain walls, glazing, cladding, panels, mullions, transoms, embeds, anchors and brackets to the agreed design or fabrication detail. The model translates the envelope concept into repeatable components tied to grids, levels and support conditions.
Coordination failures concentrate at slab edges, corners, openings and transitions. Misplaced embeds, unworkable bracket zones or inconsistent panel modules can delay procurement and force expensive site adjustment.
CNE coordinates façade geometry with primary structure, architectural build-ups, waterproofing zones and building services. Where fabrication-level detail is required, component logic and identifiers can support production information without losing the approved design basis.
Detail from panel to support
Mullions, transoms, glazing, spandrels, doors and perimeter interfaces are modelled around the approved system geometry.
Panel modules, joints, returns, corners and transitions are developed with controlled dimensions and repeatable types.
Support zones, brackets, rails and anchors are coordinated with slab edges, steelwork and installation access.
Cast-in plates, channels and penetrations are located early enough for structural review and concrete documentation.
Roof edges, podiums, openings, louvers and adjacent finishes are checked where multiple envelope systems meet.
Detailed components, schedules, identifiers and model extracts can be prepared for approved production workflows.
We model the support, not only the surface.
Embeds, anchors and bracket zones are checked against the frame before panel information is treated as final.
Panel types and component logic are structured so design changes propagate without creating isolated inconsistencies.
Added detail is continuously tested against architecture, structure and access rather than developed in a separate model.
Take the envelope from grid to installable system.
Share your façade design, structural model and required LOD. CNE will define a modelling scope for coordination, documentation or fabrication support.
