We model HVAC systems as installable, maintainable networks. Ducts, pipes, plant and insulation are coordinated through congested voids, risers and plantrooms.

The route must work after the ceiling closes.

Mechanical BIM modelling develops air-side and water-side HVAC systems from design schematics, equipment schedules and coordinated layouts. Supply, return, exhaust and fresh-air ductwork sit alongside chilled or heating water pipework, plant, terminals, controls and associated components.

Nominal geometry is not enough. Insulation increases the occupied envelope, fittings need room to turn, dampers require access and major equipment needs a viable maintenance or replacement path.

CNE routes each network around structural depths and competing services while preserving system logic. We focus on risers, plantrooms and ceiling voids where a small level change can affect several trades.
