Plumbing BIM modelling develops domestic water, sanitary, sewage and drainage networks from fixtures and equipment through stacks, risers and external connection points. Pipe sizes, slopes, invert levels, fittings, valves and access components are represented to the agreed LOD.

A drainage route can appear clear in plan while failing vertically. Insufficient fall, a beam crossing or an uncoordinated ceiling level may force offsets that consume the remaining depth and disrupt adjacent systems.

CNE traces networks through sections and elevations as well as plans. We coordinate fixtures, stacks, sleeves and below-ground connections so the system remains continuous and serviceable across floors.
